I ordered 3 shirts of which one had a small defect on the sleeve. I only realized a couple of weeks after they were delivered, because it was a gift for my husband so I sent an email with a few pics and explaning what happened, and their response was quick and fantastic, they offered to replace the shirt immediately. I haven't received the new shipment yet but I'm very happy with their customer service.
By the way, the other 2 shirts were perfect, they fit very nicely, feels so soft and really don't wrinkle. Overall experience is great.
Phone number doesn't work. No one replies to the support email. No instructions on the website on how to return and get a refund. Better hope the shirts you buy are perfect as good luck getting your mony back!
