Good customer service, however they only provide sensors and movement cameras for indoors only. They do not offer exterior sensors or cameras. So you need to wait for the burglars to come into your house before you know about it rather than get signals when they actually enter your perimeter area.
When everything is running as normal they seem very good. However, try to change anything or cancel the contract they become very difficult to deal with. Then they are very reluctant to let you go and don't respond properly. I would avoid them, personally.
