⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Sector Alarm!
I had an absolutely incredible experience getting an alarm installed today for our shop, The Furniture Vault. I contacted Sector Alarm on Friday morning and Jackson came out the very same day to talk me through all the different options available and which package would best suit both me and my business.
What really stood out was how informative and reassuring the whole process was. They even told me about an emergency button feature that allows them to contact emergency services such as the police or an ambulance if I am ever in trouble — something I hadn’t even considered but now feel extremely grateful to have.
Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they made me feel completely secure and confident in my decision. The price was very good, but even more importantly, the customer service was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced.
Jackson, who I originally spoke with, came back the next day to install the system together with Manuel. Jackson had even offered to install it the same day, but I was busy, which just shows how accommodating they are. The whole installation, including a full walkthrough of how everything works, only took around two hours.
I genuinely have never felt more secure. Knowing that if an emergency ever happens, Sector Alarm will be there when I need them gives me real peace of mind.

They provided me with a system which is right for me apart from one small part of it which won't work for my cat which is a jumper. They also corrected an error on my billing immediately which I was very impressed about. Job
