A very professional and informative person who came to fit my alarm. He explained everything clearly and if I had questions answered them so that I fully understood the system. Very pleasant person and his work caused minimal disruption to my flat.
The first year was great with this company, but now entering the third year it gets a mess:1. Periodically Sector alarm tests the functioning of the alarm installation and sends me a report. But when there are items on the report that need attention, there is no follow up. Like when it is detected that the batteries are low, there is no follow up whatsoever.2. The fire detector is not working properly. When I was in Spain it was reported to the service department but again no follow up. During my stay in Spain the high temperature alarm was detected three times, the agent told that someone should take a look. While I was there (3 weeks) there was no visit of a mechanic. In the summer I am not in Spain and now I am being called regularly by the alarm center that the temperature is high and that the sensor is probably broken. They even call in the middle of the night for a problem well known and not timely fixed!!!!!!!!3. The humidity sensor is also not working properly. I detects a 100% humidity, but when I have someone check the house all is in order. After contacting the sector alarm agent he says the sensor is broken………..4. Two month ago all batteries where replaced and now the bedroom camera is not working. Sector alarm told me that this is because the batterly is low. How is that possible after two months?When I emailed them with the complaint, they asked my availability the coming weeks, while they already know I will not be in the house. They should have done this in June, when I was in contact with them.Addition August 12: See the response of Sector Alarm, they do not really read the reviews, as in my review I stated that I already emailed them. And now they ask me to email again?????
