This company gives great service they also speak English I know we are in Spain but I’m not fluent in Spanish. So it’s very helpful they don’t skimp either they are very keep to make sure your system is working perfectly and send out an engineer without question also if your alarm is activated for any reason it’s dealt with immediately.If you are a seasonal visitor it’s an absolute must it protects you against theft and if you are unlucky enough to have the attention of squatters you police are informed immediately and they then have the power to remove then. The system gives you a great sense of security and peace of mind.
We had to change the whole system because they are not able upgrade the system. The center does not answer in time or at all… If you have an active ALARM, they do NOT even call you, only sending an email about the ALARM event. Nobody comes to the house to check IF everything is in order and safe. The owner changed a few years ago, since then they are doing nothing just sending the invoices. It is NOT enough safe and reliable service for us, That is WHY we decided to change the system for a better one with a 24 hour DIRECT connection to the police and 24 hours vigilant and with more cameras.
