Prompt action whenever needed

When something suspect happens they react very quickly and are also very pleasant on the phone. I had a small domestic incident yesterday (burning toast!) and they reacted immediately.

The system is amazingly well thought…

The system is amazingly well thought through and sooooo efficient. The agent, Alvaro, arrived within an hour of my call to request an alarm. He helped register me on the spot and then installed a system that seems to be of good quality within a few hours time. There were some administrative issues with my payment and he called support people who answered immediately and walked me through the process and also the App set up. Couldn't be more impressed!
