Review Time
Seedbox works very well, and customer support is top notch. Recently they have an incident with one of payment options - it's down and I use it specifically for longer time. Since it's down I contacted customer support, got first anwser within (literally) 90 seconds (on night sunday-monday at 2AM, that's the best non-bot response time I've ever witnessed), that there is still no known ETA to get the situation resolved, than I asked since they payment method is down, is it reasonable to ask for deferring my due payment until it's available. Less than 12 hours later administrator extended my seedbox for a month and will ping me when there is a way for me to pay for the service.From other things - the seedboxes themselves are managed pre-scripted VPSes or docker containers (hard to say) with neat panel. You can even get yourself a ssh access to your box. Pricing is good even for cheapskate like me.
I had 2 issues with this service but both of them got answered within 5 minutes of creating the ticket. Really nice service and helpful staff. This is also the first time for me using such a service and I'm happily surprised how well everything works.
First time owning seedbox, it was best experience one could imagine. Since I didn't have any previous experience in setting up seedbox i opened ticket.Peter J Administator was super patient, helpful and replied super fast. He helped me setup everything on first day and also explained me stuff.Speed was even better than expected,Ratio of price and what you get it phenomenal. Overall I think Seedit4Me deserves 5/5 points for that matter. I will definitely return back.
I got frustrated in a support ticket because one of the customer service representatives kept screwing up my seedbox, and instead of solving my problem seedit4me deleted my entire account and my seedbox without refunding me or giving me any warning. I've had a seed box with their company for 3 years giving them hundreds of dollars and because I said a curse word in a support ticket they deleted my entire account and seedbox... don't trust their service they are a cruddy company that will just delete your seed box if they decide that they don't like you. I'm frustrated right now one years worth of my hard work maintaining my seedbox has been lost because a customer support rep got pissy and decided to delete my entire account!!!!
Been a client over a year now and I have to say I am very satisfied with the service and customer support from Peter. I am in Canada and the exchange does hit hard and wish there was a way to perhaps rewards those for loyalty to the service to get a discount or perhaps more storage. Just a way to say thank you for loyal customers like myself.
