I wasn't informed of a automatic renewal payment for a service we could not get working correctly so obviously didn't want another year of it.
Received an email that a transaction has been completed, went onto 123reg control panel & unselected the "auto renewal" tab that they do kindly auto check.....
Went onto PayPal & opened a claim stating the service is not required, it was a couple of hundred pounds for an email service. Not small money to me.
Claim rejected due to information provided by 123reg.
Thanks ... 10+ years I've been with 123reg. It's the 1st service I've not been happy with & surely given the vast wealth you earn compared to little old me, a refund this time could have been understood?
