Review Time
I wish I had read reviews before making my purchase. I paid extra for expedited shipping, which still took three weeks. After just two hours, I was dissatisfied with the sound quality and emailed support seven times without a reply. Eventually, I received a response offering a 3% refund if I kept the product or an expensive return option that made returning them pointless. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
I changed my mind about my order and have had no success contacting the company to cancel. It seems they don't care once they have your money. The return charges are impractical, making it impossible to return the item after I tried to cancel while it was still in their possession.
Product purchased ear buds. Whilst I was originally dismayed at what seemed to be a fake company has turned out to be, at least up until now, an ok experience. I had originally written a negative review that I have since recanted. Yes there are problems with getting in contact with the customer service, but the delivery was fast and the product is seemingly well made and easy to use.So do not be put off by the negative reviews of people who have not tried the product. As the product is used over an extended period, I will update this post if there are any negative issues.After having used the buds for several weeks I have to admit that they have surpassed my expectations. I have had more expensive devices before, the conclusion is that they compare very favourably. They sit well in the ear and the noise cancelling works well. All in all a good product.
Sekoda is cheap Chinese products you can get off Temu marked up . They are a terrible website , impossible to deal with . I bought the health ring off them for 125€ and they are making it impossible to return it offering me 3% refund for it and I have to pay over €40 in returns fees and if it gets caught by customs it is not their problem which leads me to believe they are scamming people . The app is also terribly made in broken English “1th day of period” “Stress also known as stress” Things that don’t even make sense . For the price point the effort should be put in to make sure everything is up to order .
