I have sent multiple emails requesting confirmation of the cancellation and a refund, yet there has been no response. I haven't received the product, and although I did get one reply about delivery, I still haven't seen any product. While I appreciate that, I am primarily concerned about getting my money back.

I'd give zero stars if possible. I wanted to return a product because the earphone headband was too large and couldn't be adjusted. Their response offered two options: a 3% refund while keeping the product, or returning it with many conditions, including covering all shipping costs and a handling fee. This process would take about a month, and the return shipping costs are quite high.
