Absolutely terrible experience on the smart GPS watch. Did not work, paid $300. Customer service kept giving terrible responses like ' turn it off and on again'. After one month of ranting via email they gave me two options:
1) get 10% refund and keep watch ( but it doesn't work!! Why would I do this?)
2) get refund but I have to pay initial delivery cost and return delivery cost and there is a 15% handling fee and must be tracked etc.

So basically an absolute nightmare. Do not buy from this company!

A disappointing experience with this service.

It has become clear that this is a service that takes your money without delivering. I have not received anything, and my emails were met with generic responses stating that my order was on its way. Unfortunately, it never arrived. It's been three months, and they have ceased all communication.

Avoid this company.

Absolutely avoid this company. When my order didn't arrive, they provided false tracking information indicating my package had been delivered, but it went to the wrong location. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, all of which have been ignored. This feels like a scam.

Complete scam!

This is a complete scam! I ordered earbuds and received an entirely different item worth about a third of what I paid. They offered me a mere 5% refund. Thankfully, my bank has reimbursed me, but this company is a scam—stay away!

A disappointing experience.

This company is a complete disappointment. I ordered a GPS watch but later saw terrible reviews. I tried to cancel the order, but 'customer service' said it was too late. When I wanted to return the watch, they claimed it was also too late but offered a discount instead. I've had the watch for two months, and the GPS barely works; the Bluetooth connection is terrible. Recently, the watch stopped working altogether, and getting a refund is proving very difficult. Avoid these scammers!

Poor customer accessibility.

On 10/30, I ordered an air purifier for $179, but as of 11/8, I have heard nothing about my delivery. They lack a direct phone line for assistance, and there is no helpful information on their website.

Avoid this operation.

Do not purchase from this company. I paid for earbuds that were never delivered, and they have ignored all my messages since. No refund, no apology, no support. This operation is a sham that takes your money and disappears. It's disgraceful and unacceptable—avoid them at all costs!

Regrettable purchase.

I regrettably purchased from this company, and when I checked the tracking, my internet security alerted me that this is a malicious site. I’m reporting to my bank now and hope to get a refund. Do not trust their claims; it’s a scam.
