We ordered 3 pairs of jeans, 2 exactly the same size, one 1 inch smaller at the waist, and all identical in length.The sizes varied wildly in width and length, so we had to return 2 items and re-order. Suffice to say we were charged for returning the 2 items, as well as being charged for delivery of the replacements - which feels a bit mean of the company.
First time order with selected and I've been very impressed with the service and purchase. Firstly the service. It was nice to be kept informed along the whole process without being inundated with emails. As for the clothing, the quality and fit are fantastic, will be ordering more when I'm ready
great quality clothes, speedy delivery, although had issues with product. Ordered a leather jacket, website says to size down, I ordered usual size, but was too small, ok, nevermind, returned the jacket and ordered a bigger size which got delivered damaged. I couldn't exchange that, instead, I have to send it back again and order it again, so hopefully it will ok this time. the jacket itself is really good, just the return and exchange process is a bit complicated.
I’ve had a pair of selected jeans for over 5 years now and they are still going strong despite careless washing and drying. This drew me back to buy another pair which are a great fit for my athletic build, long legs and pert buttocks. Delivery was a little slow but I’m a patient man so no harm done.
