Review Time
I am a fan of Selected and find them to be of good quality and style. However, on this occassion the item was not as represented on the website. The colour was quite different in reality. Would be better to have a good colour description. The name of the colour did not relate to an actual colour.
I ordered and paid for two jumpers with express delivery as they were Christmas presents. I received only one of the jumpers, the other didn’t appear on the tracking documents but is in the invoice as being paid for. No contact was made with me to let me know what had happened. The only option available was a chat with AI, which was extremely frustrating, and an email for which I’m still waiting on a reply. Extremely disappointing and annoying.
I've had a really great experience with this company. Last weekend I was in Germany and really liked the jumper my friend was wearing. She directed me to your website and I ordered the same jumper for myself. That was on Sunday and on Wednesday my order had already arrived. I have also contacted customer service and they were quick to respond. Thank you
I ordered a black shirt. It’s was due to be delivered on Wednesday the 19th. It didn’t arrive until Friday the 20th, but that wasn’t the worst part, it was navy not black as order and when I went to button one of the cuffs a button fell out. I have bought from you several times, this was my only bad experience.
