I bought a jacket for €200 today at your store in the Wijnegem Shopping Center. Before paying, I asked specifically if returns were accepted and if I would get my money back in case I changed my mind. The staff confirmed that refunds were possible.About an hour later, I saw that the exact same jacket was sold on Zalando for €140, so I decided to return it right away and buy it there instead. I went back to the store immediately (I was still in the mall), but I was told that I couldn’t be refunded because there was a problem with the terminal and no cash available.They offered me a gift card, which I refused since I don’t live nearby and was only there for work today. I even said I could come back in a few hours after my meetings so they could sort out the terminal issue or find a solution, but they said it wasn’t possible.I’m very disappointed by this experience and it has completely put me off returning to your store in the future.
I made a purchase taking advantage of a discount offered, and after several days of waiting, they canceled the purchase for no apparent reason and without excuse. The product is still available in the store, but the discount is no longer available, so I can't buy it again at the original price.
