Haven't received any communication about my order - to acknowledge the order, when the order will be arriving , if at all. Difficult to contact company to find out what's happening with my order. The order is for Christmas so I've literally no idea whether it's on its way or going to arrive and don't know how to find out.

I have only been sent 2/3 products I ordered. I haven`t even gotten any updates as to why it hasn`t been sent. I have tried the live chat multiple times as well, but no one is answering me. Overall very bad service, I will probably cancel my order and get my money back if i don`t get my package soon.
An item from my order was cancelled without me receiving a notification about this. then the chat-box was very slow to respond. now I have received a discount code for 10% on any full price items, but it expires very soon.
Slow order processing and order dispatch / poor communications. A full week has lapsed since my order and I cannot even track my parcel (Selected claims that they dispatched it and courier claims that the parcel is yet to be received)
