Missing deliveryI have tried for an hour to get a sensible answer from the automated customer service and now I see in the complaints the identical issue. Product was sent on the 1st December and still not received for tracking. Stuck in some place after the expected delivery date.No way to get an answer on where it could be.
Ordered on November 24th, supposedly shipped on the 27th. As of December 5th, zero progress, no updates. Tracking stuck on "sender dispatching item" and "we're expecting it" since the 27th. Attempts to contact a human failed—no clear email, useless chatbot. Apparently, all 24 hours are "out of office hours," providing no assistance whatsoever.
