When answering your questionnaires I told car needed a jump and got the offer. When speaking with a rep I was told since i don’t have it running I was getting a different offer(more then half less). It took the pickup driver 3 seconds to start it. Why ask me if it needs a jump then offer if it’s not correct?*Update your response doesn’t make much sense because I answered it had to be jumped and engine issues and was still offered the first price. And after on a phone call was told by your rep that if I couldn’t get it jumped it was the other price. So yes you should def clean things up on your end. Thank you
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THOSE SCAMMER. They will make you an offer and then waste your time for 1 week then come back and tell you the buyer backed out then offer you half what the car is worth or half you both agreed on previously. I would save yourself the headache and not deal with them from the get go.
They were very responsive. They do call to a lil much , but you just tell them when your available. The tow company they work with are very accommodating. They give check and on the spot. The whole experience was great!
