Reasonable amount of money I got for my laptop considering how faulty my laptop is - busted screen! I'm a little confused seeing so many mixed reviews on this company - I must admit I'd have thought more carefully before using them if i had read these before, but I honestly can't fault my own experience. I was quoted £82 which I was quite surprised was so high, so I half expected to be contacted saying they were revising it downwards at some point, but the £82 was in my bank account 72 hours after posting the laptop to them. I would always encourage or recommend you do a factory reset (including cleaning the drive) before selling a laptop this way.
