Would happily use them again in the future. Even with the Easter weekend and issues with the courier the company kept me updated regularly. The gentleman I spoke to was polite, clear and honest at every stage, a level of transparency you don't get from most places these days as they care about doing a good job. Would recommend 100%
My laptop was collected a week ago, There has been a delay because of dpd and the bank holiday. I spoke to Sam a couple of times as I was concerned my laptop was lost. But turns out dpd sent it to the wrong place and he was hurt by the silly 1 star reviews which are out of their control and people haven’t received the money. I was very understanding about this never got angry with them. And Sam was so helpful even has paid me whilst still waiting for my product.these things happen and people should be more considerate. I highly recommend them and I will 100% use them again in the future. I found the whole experience extremely pleasant and Sam’s customer service was 2nd to none. Please ignore the 1 star reviews from the inpatient and rude customers. Keep up the great work guys. Michael
It’s now been a whole week and I still haven’t received any payment. I sent my machines on Tuesday and they didn’t arrive until yesterday, Monday. The timeframe they give you is false and cash within 48 hours. It’s now been a week.Very disappointing
Incompetence.I got a quote and booked a collection for my laptop. They used DPD, and on the day of collection the driver didn't show to collect and lied by marking the parcel "refused/not required" in spite of the fact that we waited indoors watching out for him.Now, that's not the fault of sellyourlaptop, so I contacted customer service and explained what happened, trying to get a new booking since there was no option to do that with DPD. Their customer service turned out to be terrible and incompetent. First they told me they were passing my case over to warehouse. After no further response I emailed again asking for an update and got a rep asking for DPD proof of collection and I had to explain again that it hadn't been collected... yep, it's one of 'those' customer services where they don't even know your case each time you speak to them. After a couple more responses going nowhere, and it was now 5 days since I'd booked it originally, I gave up and used a different company that were actually competent.EDIT: to respond to their reply which they edited and added "As always we guarantee payment within 24 hours and once the item was received the item was tested and paid within the time frame." This is a lie! As you can read from my original review, they never got my laptop in the end so they didn't receive it or test it or pay anything in any time frame. Again: I gave up after days of pointless emails with them and sold my laptop to a different company instead.
