If I could give 0 stars I would, total waste of time, takes a week to get an answer after they receive your laptops, then drop there offer by 50% with nonsense reasons. Wish I had of read the reviews before I posted my laptops off to them.
The worst company I have ever…The worst company I have ever encountered in my whole life! They have literally harassed my - wasted my time, promised a different priced, reduced the price and still declined to buy it and later when they returned then they almost broke my laptop. I will file a law suit otherwise they will continue harassing and scamming people. I am deeply frustrated since after getting my laptop back from them I took it to a local cex store at Guidford and then the technician there told me that it’s been tempered and they took off hard disk and intentionally took off the pieces and broke it since I left poor and honest review about their mishandling of my case. I will officially raise a consumer court case against your firm since my laptop has been I yenriibaly damaged. It’s not in same condition. It’s been tampered and it’s not at all functioning properly. I assume it’s because I had an argument and I left poor reviews. I will continue writing negative blogs since my laptop has been tempered with. It’s not at all working and it’s broken. I need a. A refund for the value of laptop.

I had described it precisely to them, they checked it out and a few days later money was deposited in my Paypal account.Super company as far as I am concerned., may I add, one of the few I have had dealings with lately, mostly one star i,m sad to say please see previous reviews, that is unless I have MUG stamped on my forehead
The company is lying about what they will pay. I was given an estimation of 82GBP for my laptop, but after they received it the price dropped to 30, due to keyboard not working - but I did say that it's not working when filling in the form! They clearly are running a scam and lying about what they will pay, hoping the sellers would not be bothered about asking for laptops to be returned..
These people are basically thieves.Yes, they'll buy your laptop, and yes, you'll get paid.BUT... do not expect to get the quote.Our laptop was in good condition and hit all their listed criteria for good condition. However, after their inspection, they claimed that the wear to the keyboard was excessive, despite it being fully readable and fully working.They also claimed that the 'age' of the laptop was defined by the date the first of that model came off the conveyor belt, not the date of purchase as new (receipts provided)These two things took a £60+ quote down to £26... criminal.With this in mind I would say go elsewhere, list on eBay, but frankly, don't give your laptop to these guys.
