Excellent service! Received a good quote for my laptop, better than other websites. I also wanted to use SYL over a website like musicmagpie because I’ve only ever had trouble with them. I realised before sending that I couldn’t remember my password and was locked out of my laptop. I didn’t think I’d be able to get anything for it at that point so I contacted SYL who said they thought they would still be able to gain access. I sent the parcel hoping they would take it. I sent my laptop to them as there price was best of all quotes I received, they however identified a fault with my speaker which I was not aware of, as my laptop was still under warranty recommended I get it repaired first and if I still wanted to sell, get back in touch, they were open, honest and transparent about everything and i would highly recommend going to this company above others, they spent time and effort trying to help me before advising me on next steps and did not charge me anything. If you have a laptop to sell, go to these guys they are too notch. As soon as my laptop is repaired I will be returning.
