Review Time
It’s the first time I’m gonna write a bad review unfortunately but I’m both angry and disappointed with this supposed company. Sometimes it appears to be Sendo wear and sometimes mundo wear. I ordered two things, beside the fact that it took ages to arrive, the one came with a method I never requested and the quality was tragic, the second thing never came to me. I lost 109 euros and when I asked for a refund they kept giving me offers trying to stop the refund. It’s ridiculous and disturbing at the same time. Do not be scammed, I’m writing these things so you can avoid this company at all costs.
I love how Sendowear designs combine comfort with modern fashion. The breathable fabric and perfect fit make their clothing ideal for daily wear. Sendowear truly understands practical style.
Avoid purchasing from this company. Previously called Mundo Wear. Despite presenting itself as French, it is actually based in China. The product quality is extremely poor and nothing like what was advertised. When I requested a return, instead of being given clear instructions, I was repeatedly offered additional discounts. Why would I spend more money with them? Also, be aware that many of the 5-star reviews appear to be fake, as they directly contradict common complaints about items arriving creased, made from cheap materials, not matching the photos, and overall being very low quality. When I finally got an address to return the item to it appears that it in fact does not exist!
The clothes themselves are actually quite nice and fit well. My only real complaint is the shipping time. It took nearly three weeks for my package to arrive, which was much longer than the estimate provided at checkout. If you aren't in a hurry, it's worth it, but don't expect a fast turnaround.
Had a small issue with my tracking link not updating, but the customer service team was polite and replied within 48 hours to sort it out. The product itself is just "okay" nothing mind-blowing, but it does the job for daily wear. A solid 3 stars for the effort.
