Bait and switch practices, do not buy.
Ordered some DDR4 sticks from these guys a few days ago. I understand the market is hot for RAM, but they seemed to offer a good deal. The next day, I get an email from a sales rep telling me they only have stock in a different warehouse, and the price jumped from $137/stick to a "super discounted" $395/stick. Sales rep (Ben) attempted to employ high pressure sales tactics to "adjust" the invoice.
Despite claiming the inventory is out of stock, the listing page still shows as in stock and lets buyers complete a flow.
This is a classic "bait and switch", which is classified as fraud.
Avoid this company.
I placed and order online and needed expedited shipping. Serverblink accommodated my needs and had my order to me the next day. Their customer service rep Simon Kent was a pleasure to deal with! I would highly recommend Serverblink and will continue to use them in the future.
After the order was placed, I got an email saying the order may be delayed: If I needed the drives immediately, I could've opt for a refurbished drive or wait for the new drives. I chose to wait. The drive came in much sooner than I was told.
