Your service is good so far , but one thing that I would change, a customer called with toilet repair say she will not buy a new toilet , lead cost 255. repairs 210. today. yesterday customer call does not own property needs repairs 1,450. owner will not call us we collect 125. service fee lead cost 165. most customers don't care about companies expense.
Few leads are quality. Most are for small repairs or insignificant projects that make meeting the cost per lead budget impossible without offending the customer. Lot of solicitors and people looking to contact other companies. Have been on for 2 weeks and yet to get a call for someone seeking a full roofing or siding project
Still in the early stages of our campaign, two weeks in sofar, was told by txt using the online portal, process needs to grow and we should see more leads at the 30 to 45 day. The information was fast and painless. 100% satisfied and will add more services as our company grows.
So we use these people when we first started our business and they were OK we spent about 50 to 80,000 a month on leads through this company!!! at first they would refund one or two leads then after that, they said email us but when we did that nobody responded ever we had to set up meetings to talk to these people and when we had five or six leads that were iffy they would refund maybe one maybe none just depended onWhatever person you were dealing with!!! —They don’t care if your business goes under so really I don’t care if they ever get paid!!! so the first three reviews I gave them one was five star Two other ones were one star -They removed two of the one stars…so I don’t know how that’s possible but trust pilot allowed it… please new companies get a marketing company that you can trust. Have them build a website and do click ads. They’re about the same exact price as service direct investigate!!! background check whoever you hire!!! especially if you’re a new business because you don’t wanna be taken for a ride!!!
