If I could give zero stars, I would. They don’t communicate, and their delivery system is outdated. There's nothing express about them. I ordered something with next-day delivery, but after a week, it still hadn’t arrived, and there was no estimated delivery time. The support team responds to emails without addressing previous messages, forcing you to repeat your issue multiple times. In the end, they provide the same useless information—'your order is being processed'—which, in their case, means nothing is being done. This level of disrespect is astonishing.
I am very dissatisfied with this service. They were supposed to pick up a package from me three days ago, and every morning I receive a message saying the courier will come, but no one ever arrives. I reached out via email, but nothing was resolved, and there was no proper follow-up. Additionally, when I tried to file a complaint through their app, the AI chatbot kept looping back to the complaint form link, making it impossible to submit anything. This system is completely ineffective. Due to their unreliability and lack of professionalism, I now have to find another logistics provider. Very frustrating experience and certainly not recommended.
It’s incredibly frustrating; it’s been 27 days and I still have no idea when my order will be delivered. There has been no response from the delivery partner, and when I try to track my order, it shows that it hasn't been received from the seller. The service from both the seller and the delivery partner is terrible, especially at an international level with such poor customer service. There’s no one to help except a chatbot for tracking orders.
This delivery service is unacceptable. For the first three days, they claimed the delivery person couldn't reach me because my phone was off, which was not true. Then, on the fourth day, the driver asked for my location late in the evening. I sent it immediately, but got no response. The next day, I saw they called me at an unreasonable hour! This is completely unacceptable.
This is the worst company to deal with. There is no way to reach them. Their website fails to update location, and their messaging system is unresponsive. Their phone system is automated, leaving no option to speak with a real person. Terrible experience.
