My Fathers House is NOT for Sale Part II

I tried Calling Service link auction at the number the provided me in a previous response at 866-539-4173. I wanted to discuss why they falsely put my fathers house on their auction website. I spoke with Josias who seemed helpful, but when he transferred me to his manager Giovanni, there was no one on the line and they hung up. EDIT: They called back and are looking into the issue - I appreciate this help.

AFTER MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS...

It took me multiple phone calls and emails to get our property removed from the auction site, as Servicelink pointed to Lender - Servicer, Village Capital & Investment attorney Brigham Lundberg, at Halliday, Watkins and Mann (Utah) and Lundberg pointed back to Servicelink. I emailed VA on it too.Our situation is different than most, as it deals with mortgage Lender - Servicer fraud. Lundberg and Village knew this but did not care that the property was never in any true, legitimate foreclosure. Village got caught in a county Instrument Records fraud that was perpetrated by the Lender (Low VA Rates). Village knew the paperwork they were receiving from Low VA was counterfeited. We have been diligently trying to address this mess since we discovered it in 2020. Low VA Rates ALTERED the county Instrument Record to conceal a prior ALTERED Instrument. Village knew this and still took the fraud account from Low VA Rates. They just wanted profit and it did NOT matter to either of them that the veteran owner was trying to address the problem, not bury it for convenience. The Sellers, Lenders and Servicers did NOT care; after all, the fraud didn't matter to them although it DESTROYS a purchaser and legal value equity. Low VA Rates is now out of business, and we hope to see Village Capital out of business next.Federal and state agencies are investigating. We ceased payment to force this issue into the light. It was NOT an easy decision for my disabled veteran husband and me to make. It was, and will always be right to expose fraud, even in it causing discomfort. This was more than that; it was painful.BEWARE of fraudulent and counterfeit documents in your County Records. Unethical Lenders and Servicers do NOT care about you - Only your $$$$.It is my hope that DOGE or VA shuts down mortgage fraud thieves and they have to pay back what they steal. Village REFUSED our multiple mitigating offers and they REFUSED to address at all the fraud. Their staff (including Rebecca Fischer) admitted the fraud in the Record but said she didn't know what to do either. This was PRIOR to Village taking the account from Low VA Rates.I am glad that our hard work has at least helped to remove Low VA Rates (now out of business). I told Lundberg that his client, Village Capital & Investments, mortgage fraud and finance thieves is next on my list. There is NO place for finance fraud. People work too hard to have their homes stolen by mortgage fraud.Rose Johnson, Idaho

I won a bid on a home on this site…4/17/2025

I won a bid on a home on this site later to find out the house had been pulled from the market. They want let me back out of a deal but they will let the lender, plus the reserve was raised a couple of times during the auction. I wasted a lot of time on trying to buy this house. Once a auction has finished, and u win the bid they should have a contract with lender that they must sell

Timing of the Essence

I typically read other comments and don't leave one but felt important to leave this comment of the exceptional service I received. I was experiencing difficulty with my user login & password for an online bid that started that had an extreme short timeframe for bidding. Each time I attempted login it would say reset password and screen never changed. After several attempts, refreshing my screen, clearing cache, trying my login on different internet browsers (IE, Chrome) I then thought I would attempt to contact customer support with the website chat feature but immediately received automated AI responses. I had just about given up hope and thought a last ditch effort to send an email to the tech support email address listed. To my surprise, I received a quick reply. The tech name Geovanni not only replied with help but followed up multiple times to assure what he tried on his end would fix my problem. He was able to isolate the problematic issue and provided a temporary fix while escalating the matter for a permanent solution. This truly was helpful and I am very grateful for the quick response, constant contact and level of support received. Hope this tech and their team are valued and appreciated for the GREAT service they provide. Please continue the amazing work!
