I worked with Mary and Leslie from Frontera's Customer Care Team, and they were wonderful. They were very communicative when I had questions related to our patio furniture delivery and they were extremely helpful when there was a manufacturing issue with a dining chair. They worked to have replacement chairs shipped to us so that we were completely satisfied with our order. The furniture looks wonderful on our patio and the customer service was outstanding.
Ordered outdoor furniture… they contracted Pilot last mile for White glove Delivery …Point 2 point partner appt was apparently cancelled to my home but no one communicated that to me. My husband took a day off from work to stay home to sign for and receive delivery. I Spoke to mark , Francis and Gabby the manager at last mile delivery 713 861-4224. I Asked them to please reroute a delivery truck to my house this same day since we have now missed a day of work and we do not want to take additional days off . My home is only 15 minutes from the warehouse , which is at George Bush Intercontinental Airport … I was told “no trucks are available in Your area” by Gabby the manager … but my area, is their warehouse area, again, only 15 minutes away. This is the worse customer service one can expect . I asked how we would be compensated for missing an entire day of work, but told , “ we are simply sorry”,
HORRIBLE. AVOID. I ordered a $9,000 umbrella that arrived damaged with a burn mark. I notified them the next day of the damage and they said they would work on it. After a couple days, they emailed me back refusing to fix/replace it and blamed it on me, the customer. They asked me if I had a fire pit or fireplace, which I do not. Or they said it might have been someone in the neighborhood shooting off leftover fireworks. The AUDACITY. They said since the reporting of it was more than 7 days after delivery (which is not true, I reported it the very next day after installation with photo evidence of the damage), that they are unable to take any recourse regarding this damage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Horrible customer service. Ordered a $1600 table which came damaged with a bent metal leg. They refused to fix, replace, or discount. Beware of internet sites that don’t allow for direct customer reviews.Their reply is incorrect. I told them I could not get back until two weeks as I had to have surgery for an Achilles’ tendon. They refused to accommodate for this health problem which I feel was very very concerning. This was after I spent $13,000.00 on other furniture. They clearly put profits before people!
Basically if you don't look at all product info before you add to cart you are on your own. I ordered some chaise lounge chair covers and instead of looking at the whole product info I added them to my cart. They costed $122 each and when I checked out I never was told that they could not be returned. There answer to me was iin the product info section where it said that these are made to order and would take 4-6 weeks to get. I got mine in 7 days then tried them and they didn't fit. I called to try to exchange and the girl told me this is the part of her job she hates the most and told me they could not take back but also said she would talk to her manager and call me back the next day. I received an email from her stating she didn't have time to call and that she hoped this email saying they will not except any return for this item was ok with me. Oh she also said sorry. I guess she has to tell people this so often it makes her feel better by hiding behind an email. I will never buy another product from this company. Not to mention the chaise lounges cost me over 8k and they wounded even exchange covers for me to protect what I already purchased. Buyers beware. Not a good company!!!!!Rob Grote.
The furniture was better priced than on other sites and ordering went smoothly. The five star rating is due to the efforts of an exceptional Customer Service Representative, Maggie. She was knowledgeable, caring, efficient and proactive. The order had a slight manufacturing defect and Maggie not only suggested a creative solution but followed up to make sure everything was going well.
We are very pleased with our new Frontera Rocking Chairs. Maggie, was very helpful when we called for help in ordering our chairs. These Rockers are SO comfortable!! The American Rockers were on the porches of The Greenbrier Resort, where we enjoy going each year. When we saw on line that Frontera was the company they were purchased from, we were thrilled to buy the same great Rockers for our home, that we enjoy on vacation.The delivery was here in three days!. Placed 2 orders of 2 rocking chairs and 1 table.Very high quality merchandise. Orders were placed and received without any problems. I highly recommend this company to my friends and whoever might be out there wondering about them. A saleswoman named Maggie really seems to care about customer satisfaction. This is the person I talked to.I am hard to please - I want quality. I give them an A+. I am 6' 4" and 270#. These rockers rock my world!
