SGS are not very good at communicating with their customers in UK. Our interim integrated audit was cancelled at short notice six months ago due to staffing issues. We have never heard anything since so have taken the decision to move another ISO auditing company.
For a company that advertises so many services and has offices worldwide ... you would think that at least one phone was manned in UK during business hours?... probably the least communicative company I have ever dealt with ... NO ONE answers a phone and after a cursory email asking for your deatils then they go quiet for WEEKS ... how can this lot still be in business?
