I need help urgently. I just came across a post stating that a certain store was offering a JBL speaker for only 9 riyals after completing a short survey. After reading various feedback, I decided to participate. However, upon making the payment, I was charged 39.33 $ plus an additional 2 $. I have not received any delivery confirmation, which raises concerns about the legitimacy of this transaction. It seems they may have improperly charged me 29.33$ for something else or for taxes. Therefore, I wish to cancel my order and request a refund to my account.
