Frustrating delays and poor communication

I placed an order on 8/29. As I approached the 6-week mark, I reached out for an update and was told it would ship by 10/28. After that date passed, I followed up again and was informed of setbacks, with a new shipment expectation of 11/26. Unfortunately, this was pushed back once more. When I contacted them yet again, I was told they were 'waiting for the manufacturer.' It feels like they strive to keep your hopes up while continuously delaying. I would strongly advise against ordering from this service.

Long wait for mixed quality

It took four months to receive the sweater I ordered. The stitching is decent, but the border on the back was poorly done, requiring me to trim some edges. While the sweater looks nice, the inside feels quite rough. If you're considering a purchase from this seller, be prepared for a long wait, but the quality is generally acceptable.

Confusing tracking process

My son wanted clothing from this seller. They promised delivery in 4 to 6 weeks. At 8 weeks, I checked the order and was directed to download an app to confirm the order. The app requested access to my Microsoft and Google accounts, which I found concerning. I deleted it immediately. I'm not overly upset about the lost $160; my main worry is whether my personal information was compromised during that time. I realize now it was unwise to think I needed an app for tracking.

Disappointing experience

I ordered clothing in July, and it didn't arrive until November. The quality was poor, and they also sent the wrong pants. I won't bother returning them unless I want to wait until 2027.

I ordered clothes on August 10th and had to follow up multiple times for updates. Initially, they said it would ship by 10/28, which was already past the six-week estimate. Then, on 10/29, they mentioned a 'setback' with their manufacturer and have not provided any further updates or responses since.

Unprofessional service

I ordered pants that were supposed to arrive in a little over a month. After waiting for over a month with no shipping information, I reached out several times. They responded only after my sixth email, claiming they had sent a confirmation (which they hadn't). After flagging the purchase on a payment platform, they suddenly contacted me the next day, stating they had shipped it. It took two months in total to arrive, clearly indicating they only acted when they realized I wouldn't let it go. It’s frustrating that they even requested the payment platform not to issue a refund. This business either operates as a scam or is one of the worst managed I've ever encountered.

Untrustworthy seller

This is a fraudulent operation. I ordered a sport jacket for my son, and after five weeks without any information, I emailed them but received no response. I can only hope they aren't misusing my money!
