I ordered about 6 bras. 2 of each color and I ordered the essential comfort bra and they sent me the back shaping bra with wire. I am a bigger woman with heavier boobs, so wire is not an option for me. And when I contacted them to have the bras exchanged not refunded. But exchanged for the proper bras that was sent to me incorrectly, they have at every point in turn decided that they will not let me return the brass to them. They will not refund me my money. None of the above mind you. This happened because their computer decided that when I placed my order at check out, it sent me the wrong bras, and I actually did it again to show them a screenshot of what happened, and they did not care. And still right now for the last 30 days, I have been fighting with them. Just to exchange the bras for a proper bra that I ordered because they simply sent me the wrong one thirty day money back guarantee is a lie.They will not refund u at all the only thing they want to do.Is replace an item if they sent you a default product or if it was damaged during delivery?Not if they shipped you the wrong product, not if the product doesn't fit not if the product is the wrong size.What if u need a bigger or smaller bra nope no help at all?None of the above only thing they will do is keep your money and make you keep a product that you cannot give back to them.There is no 30 day money back guarantee with these people. They even told me I could send it back to them and they would exchange it at $9.99 For the first bra, and then $6 for each additional item ordered then, they still refused to exchange these bras for me.or show me how to return it to them.Is a scam?It may have been okay for some people.But my experience with them has not been okay.I am now completely and utterly disappointed.I feel like I've been stolen from.I feel like a hundred dollars of my money is going down the drain.I have a product.I cannot return or exchange.They will not budge, they do not care.I have over a hundred emails of communication, and they simply refuse to just exchange the bras for the right ones.Same price, no extra money. I offer to pay the shipping. Just nothing, just ma'am, we are right and you are wrong and you keep those bras that you can do nothing with basically try to resell them to someone else.
