I placed an order on 9 December, and after two weeks of waiting, I inquired about it. I was told it had been dispatched, but they would send another one. That also didn't arrive, and when I called, I was told they were waiting for more stock. The website kept stating the item was in stock and that my order was being processed. Now it's 31 December, and I'm still waiting. Today, I was informed it was dispatched on 24 December through a 24-hour delivery service. Can I trust this information?

Extremely disappointing experience. The product I received was not what I ordered; it was something completely different. Customer service was unhelpful and did not provide a real solution. I spoke to two representatives, and both were rude and condescending about the issue. I feel ripped off for $30 because they sent me an unusable product. I will never shop with this company again.
