RETURN POLICY HAS CHANGED - they now only refund a tiny proportion of the cost you paid if the item was subject to a coupon. ALL items are subject to a coupon, so this effectively renders returns non-viable. I think this is sneaky and deliberately trying to mislead customers and con them out of money. Unfortunately I will not buy from them again and I urge others not to.
Shein delivered my two important parcels through Evri ,they drop some parcels with no display of the names just a slight side of a parcel seen outside some house and says parcel delivered And now its taking ages for them to inquire what went wrong and i need to wear couple of things for my events dissatisfied disappointed
Package left by their courier on the doorstep in full view of people walking past and easy to swipe (Which is what happened)They are making me run around in circles asking ME to contact their courier!!! .. Absolutely shoddy!!! Never had issues before but their customer services is shocking using the same script over and over in the hope you’ll get fed up and not pursue further.Off to contact my bank and start a Charge Back claim!!! Update:The reply here from SHEIN is total rubbish I only wish I could upload the conversation.SHEIN want ME to contact the courier when it’s their responsibility to do so!!! It’s a ploy because the courier point you back to SHEIN Definitely a Chargeback situation here .. Anyone in the same situation don’t frustrate yourself talking to endless customer services agents, as soon as they mention you contacting their courier go straight to your bank to get your cash back!!!
Stole my money! And did not refund the returned items! Do not order from them, this has happened to too many people and they don’t care about resolving the situation but rather rob you. SHEIN is a scam!!The reply below is to make yourselves look good when i have already tried those options and you keep saying is you cannot confirm the items have been returned when they have!! you refunded 4 items from the same parcel and did not refund the rest which makes me know 100% everything was received but you just want to scam me!!
I think this app is dangerous ever mini game which is impossible to complete for free stuff I've never known a retail app that wants so many new users I think there gathering data and selling it to other companies they have been fined twice in the past most recent find I think in Jan 2025 this still needs looking into I think the ads for free gifts are an absolute scam when there impossible to doI wouldn't recommend to anyone free ads for free gifts they are not doable so stay away
