I’ve been buying from Shein for a while, but recently had to request a refund for part of my order, as I usually buy two sizes to see which one fits better. I never received the refund. When I contacted customer support, they told me that since I used a discount when placing the order, I wasn’t eligible for a refund because it didn’t meet the minimum threshold.This is extremely unprofessional, other platforms handle similar situations much better and make sure their customers are satisfied. The result? I won’t be buying from Shein again and will advise others to avoid this platform and shop elsewhere.
Have been a SHEIN customer for few years always been happy until lately.Twice have done combined returns all sent in one parcel.SHEIN will not refund me As say they haven’t received some items although it shows received and checked in warehouse?Customer service keep sending me the same scripted messageAnd impossible to speak to a human on phone.At present around £50-60 out of pocket with them.Despite their response to this review it is impossible to speak to a human at the customer service centre and when leaving a ticket as advised get the same scripted response and still no refunds.Definitely a scam as their own records show items have been received.
