Paid £45.13 to Shein, wrong delivery address, no refund, case closed with automated replies.

I paid £45.13 to Shein but never received my order. I provided proof it was delivered to the wrong address, yet Shein rejected my refund and closed the case with automated replies. Despite contacting support, they ignored my evidence and offered no resolution. I’m asking: is this how a trustworthy company behaves—taking payment, failing to deliver, and refusing to follow up? I don’t want another generic response. I want accountability and a refund.Kindly refrain from sending automated responses, as doing so suggests Shein is unwilling to acknowledge or address the delivery error on its part, and is only receptive to positive feedback while disregarding legitimate complaints.
