Such good customer service

Such good customer service! I’m currently recovering from a C-Section and was using the Frida Mom recovery belt. The hot gel compress burst in the microwave, and Frida sent across an Amazon voucher to replace it. Huge thank you!

Absolutely fantastic customer service

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I enquired about buying replacement parts for my daughter’s humidifier. They responded to say that their products have a lifetime guarantee so they’ll be happy to replace the parts and ship them to me free of charge. Unfortunately the parts weren’t available so instead they emailed me a £60 Amazon Voucher to purchase a replacements. All within the space of 24 hours. Well done Frida, amazing customer service that is very rare these days.
