They do not accept returns. Instead they convince you to send them more money for another item at a discounted price. Also, their Lifetime Warranty means nothing!!! I ordered a ring and it lost 2 stones after only a few wears. They refused to fix the ring or replace it. DO NOT BUY from this Company!!!

The shipping process is also ridiculously long.

Don’t order from this company

I’m Jan 26, /26 I ordered a sterling silver oval cut engagement ring. I received the ring on 2/16/26 the ring was to small . I ordered a 5/1-2 I got a size 4.5 I tried calling could not contact the vendor because they don’t clear their message. Even sent emails.,so I contacted PayPal strange how they answered the phone then. To make. Long story short after that I sent the ring back along with the gift. To the address it came from . I insured the item and they had to sign for it. The vendor refused to give me my refund. Please whatever you do don’t order from the company. They answer when you order however after that their mailbox stay full. Plus I was told. It should have went to Asia . However it came from an address in California I would have sent it to Asia if they would have responded. Needless to say I’m out of the ring and the 129.00Not good business! 169.00 dollar ring that was not the same advertised product. Looks like a school kid put that together. Stop playing with people money and sending them product that's not what they purchase. Very upset, never again. This company needs to be shut all the way down. Ya filthy scammers.

My wedding band is tight right now so I grabbed this ring as a stand-in. Didn't think I'd actually like it this much. Fits naturally and doesn't feel "cheap" or temporary. might just keep wearing it lol.

Dime store quality. Poor service.

Product purchased is dime-store quality, far below expectations for the price paid. Customer service proved exceptionally poor. Rather than issuing a return label promptly, the company, which is based in China, prolonged correspondence over several days, repeatedly attempting to upsell additional items or offer discounts for future purchases. Their approach lacked professionalism and integrity.To process a return, the company required U.S. customers to ship the item back via China Post (or a similar service referred to as ‘China Express’) and explicitly instructed customers to declare the item’s value on the customs form as significantly lower, approximately one-tenth of the actual purchase price, to evade import tariffs or duties. Such instructions constitute customs fraud and place the customer at legal risk.Ultimately, I had no choice but to initiate a chargeback dispute through my credit card issuer to recover the funds. Prospective buyers should exercise extreme caution with this seller.

A nice surprise gift

Was super worried this would feel like a generic gift, but the ring actually feels reaally thoughtful. Glad I went with this choice, it doesn't feel impersonal at all. Big relief!
