Review Time
I am very disappointed with my recent order from the website. The payment and shipping were handled by the company, but I found out today that I received a refund from my payment service, which will take five days to appear on my bank statement. I had to call the company to find out why I was refunded. It turns out the item was out of stock, yet it was still listed on their site when I placed my order. I wouldn't have known the reason for the cancellation if I hadn't reached out to them. Additionally, I had to remind them that I wanted my shipping costs refunded as well. I would have appreciated a prior notification via email. Overall, very poor performance and customer service from the company.
I returned an item using the postal service provided by the company. The tracking shows it was delivered on December 1st, but I haven't received any email confirming its receipt. While I understand it takes time to process refunds, I believe a simple email update within a week is reasonable.
I placed an order on December 2nd. PayPal confirmation was immediate, but no communication from the company. Now it's December 8th, and I'm still waiting! Given the holiday season, I'm quite concerned it may not arrive in time... I've ordered from this company before without issues. What's happening? Update 09/12/25: After reaching out, they sent me a dispatch notification the next day. I'm hoping my order arrives soon, so I'm updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Still unsure why no order confirmation was sent... No order number on the delivery notification either.
