We booked our Andaman trip with Thrillophilia. A few days after booking, our flights were cancelled and rescheduled without any intimation from Thrillophilia. When we noticed this and contacted our booking guide, Mr. Pankaj, he immediately told us that they cannot be held responsible for flight bookings.
When I asked for a refund so that I could book the tickets on my own, their support team said okay. However, it has been more than a week, and there are no updates at all. If I try calling anyone at Thrillophilia, nobody responds or calls back.
I have paid ₹1 lakh and am waiting for the trip, not knowing if we will even go. Even when I asked about refund and cancellation of the trip, there was no response. I genuinely don’t know what to do.
We planned this getaway happily, but this agency has caused us nothing but stress. Please don’t book with this page—it feels like all the positive reviews are paid ones.
Now I’m seriously worried: if something like this happens after reaching Andaman, and if any problem comes up, will we be stranded in an unknown place without any help?
Me wd my family n relatives, about 15 people had taken tour package for Himachal Pradesh from thrillophilia.. Thrillophilia agent speaks in sweet tone before booking n after booking their tone of communication changes to bad .. food of hotel was bad .. hotels were ordinary with no hot water for bath ..overall Bad tour operator..
I had already posted a review on Trustpilot regarding my unresolved refund issue with Thrillophilia. After 2 days, they replied publicly asking me to wait, but that was only for show.
It has now been more than 1.5 weeks since then. I have been calling and emailing continuously, but there has been no response, no follow-up, and not even a single call from their team. My issue remains completely unresolved.
This clearly shows a lack of accountability and poor customer support. Once the payment is done, they simply stop caring.
Please think twice before booking with Thrillophilia. I would strongly not recommend them.
Very disappointing experience. This was my Andaman trip, and several places were closed without any prior intimation. Those locations were not covered, yet no refund was provided. Despite paying extra for specific inclusions, the service was not delivered as promised. It has been over a week of continuous follow-ups with no proper response, no calls, and no resolution on the refund. Poor communication and lack of accountability from the team. Would not recommend.
Hi, I am having a very bad experience with tour management of thrillophilia. The salesperson offered 4 star n 3 star accomodation and booked our Rajastan tour. Everywhere, the accomodation has been dismal n support team is very unsupportive.the hotels they offered is available for 1000rs pernight in booking.com and they don't even upgrade and not ready to talk also.
Unhygienic, congested rooms with very basic dirty bathroom , and they still defend its 3 star accomodation.
We arranged our trip to Kerala through a service and paid a premium, anticipating high-quality service and comfortable accommodations. Regrettably, the reality was starkly different. The hotels and rooms provided were subpar and fell significantly short of what was promised during the booking process. To exacerbate the situation, there was a lack of adequate support throughout the trip. Whenever problems arose, we were left to handle them without timely assistance or solutions from the team. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The service did not meet even basic expectations despite the high cost. I would not recommend this service to anyone planning a trip to Kerala.

Their responses were consistently prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. The coordination was seamless, ensuring there was no confusion or delays at any point. Their proactive attitude and meticulous attention to detail truly made planning this Switzerland trip stress-free and memorable. Thanks to their efforts, I felt well-prepared and confident about my travels. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided and highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan an international trip. Many thanks to the entire team—and especially the representative—for making this experience so enjoyable and unforgettable.
There has been a complete absence of support after the booking was finalized. Queries and concerns raised after payment have mostly gone unanswered. Promised proactive assistance and smooth coordination during the sales stage have not materialized. Initially, I had a positive impression of the sales representative, but since I voiced my concerns and considered cancellation, my follow-ups have been met with silence. The aggressive sales tactics were not matched by quality service post-payment. The overall experience has been disappointing and unprofessional. I have attached chat snippets showing the lack of response. In summary, this has been a frustrating experience, leaving me unsure about continuing with this booking.
I would rate them with zero stars if possible. While their service provides convenience, integrity is paramount for me. When they fail to fulfill your order after payment, they request alternative bookings instead of issuing a refund, despite verbally agreeing to refund. I strongly advise steering clear of this provider.
Numerous Problems Encountered Day -1: During the initial briefing call, I asked for updates on purchasing theme park passes and transportation options. The person I spoke with promised to email me but never did. Day -1: I requested to reschedule a trip, and I'm unclear why it was even scheduled on my first day after a long journey. Poor planning and no assistance with rescheduling. Day -1: My inquiries about luggage sizes and currency went ignored, and I had to escalate for any response. Day 1: The driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel, leaving me to carry my suitcase alone in an unfamiliar country at 1 AM. The support team was unresponsive, and the driver did not answer after the mistake. Day 1: I received no instructions or contact information for the tour, which left me struggling to navigate a new country. I missed the bus by two minutes due to confusion and lack of support. I later managed to redo the trip myself, as I know no bus leaves that quickly. The support was inadequate, and despite asking for help to reschedule the important trip, I received no assistance and had to book it on my own. Day 4: Incorrect contact numbers were provided for taxi bookings, leading to confusion with drivers. Day 6: Transfers from the hotel to the train station were not included, causing significant inconvenience that I had to handle alone. Day 8: My wife became ill at a theme park, and despite requesting an early pickup, no arrangements were made. I had to manage getting her back on my own, and the driver repeatedly called me instead of the travel company. Day 11: No plan was communicated for the time between checkout and taxi pickup, expecting me to wait outside in the cold with my luggage for three hours. Additional Issues: The hotel room was extremely small, and the breakfast was unsatisfactory. Despite a decent rating, I question why this hotel was chosen, given the unsafe environment. Overall, it felt like the service merely purchased vouchers and left me to figure everything out. I view this as a scam and strongly advise against using these services.
