I had been looking for a package forwarder that ships perfumes to my country. A lot of other big name mail forwarders would appear on my google search and I’d be met with the disappointment that they were a restricted item. Until one day, Shiptobox, came across my Google search. Mind you, ChatGPT didn’t even suggest these guys to me. I checked their website, and conveniently, had a chat-box that I could use to speak live to an agent of theirs. 24/7 chat. I enquired and what do you know, they said they could ship perfumes. So I went ahead and opened an account. A little nervous as well. It’s normal when you’re about to sign up for a company that you haven’t really heard of. After creating my account, I went ahead and started ordering a few items to the US address provided by Shiptobox. I don’t know if it’s just me but these people were quick to log the items I ordered into my account when they arrived. Weight, dimensions, all the details. They charged $2 for high quality photos for each item (which would be okay if you had ordered an expensive item), which I did select, and the photos were in HD. Crystal clear. Their competitors charge $10 and upwards for a HD photo. After I was happy with everything, I put in my shipping request, and got a personal message by Hossam on WhatsApp letting me know that they had prepared my shipment and it was ready to be paid for. Hossam has really made the experience great for me. He messaged me from the getgo right after I created my account which was a nice touch. Shipping costs are really good. This is my first time using them, but I’ve been so happy this whole experience, and I can’t wait to receive my package!
They say they didn't receive my item from Walmart while Walmart courier pictured it at a warehouse door.They say this is not their warehouse, which could be the case or not who could say, but the infuriating part is that after delivery from Walmart, their customer service say the warehouse is closed on Sunday, the day it got delivered, which is a piece of info they never mentioned, and the agent just keeps saying USA is off on Sunday, which is not an excuse since delivery services work on the weekend.
I am using Ship to box to send goods to my customers which I buy from the USA. It’s been a breeze so far. Had some questions regarding declarations, repacking, shipping and handling and Adam went out of the way to explain and guide me in detail. Thank you Adam.
