I am extremely disappointed with Shoe Carnival’s handling of my order.I placed order #815152321, was charged in full, and never received the item. Despite this, customer service claims the package was “successfully delivered” and has refused both a refund and a reshipment, offering no meaningful proof of delivery or resolution.I thoroughly checked my address, confirmed with everyone in my household, and contacted neighbors. No package was received. Shoe Carnival’s response was essentially, “It says delivered, so we’re done,” leaving me without merchandise and without my money.This experience feels careless and dismissive of the customer. When a company takes payment but does not ensure the customer actually receives the product—and then refuses to help—that is unacceptable.I am now forced to dispute this charge with my bank and escalate the issue further. I would caution others to be aware that if something goes wrong with delivery, Shoe Carnival may not stand behind their order
After reading these review's, I was concerned about my order. I accidentally ordered the same pair two times. Knowing it was my fault I contacted Shoe Carnival via chat. The AI message sent me to a real person chat.It asked my phone number, three minutes later I received a call from the Manager.She told me she would send a free return label email. It was a great experience ordering and return. The separate shoe order came in 2 days.
So far I'm getting my item the next day after ordering. Now take into consideration that I haven't received it yet and I don't stay far from the mall where it is coming from..I'm o.k. so far, but I might be editing this review tomorrow..we will see
Charges for shipping that’s should have been 2 day delivery.product is suppose to be delivered over a week later. Not the first time this has happened. They also have the worst customer service. Very argumentative and constantly talked over you. It was there mistake not mine.
I ordered a pair of women’s Kamick winter boots. I’m a size 9 wide. I needed a size bigger. They paid my return shipping and I just received my 10s today. It took about 4-5 days for my exchange to arrive. They looked great. I tried them on, perfect fit. I love them and am so glad I gave them a chance. I see a lot of bad reviews on here but my experience was great!!!
