Customer service was rude asl, took a month and a half to ship and only was it when I disputed with my bank did they ship out. Then my order arrived missing an item. Awful brand save your money, better off buying their products secondhand.

I strongly recommend against ordering from this seller. I placed my order on November 28th, and it didn't arrive until January 13th. Two items were missing, and the support team claims they can't assist since it shows as delivered. Yes, it was delivered, but incomplete! I've been in constant communication with the support team, and they insist they can't help. Save your money and look for alternatives!

Never purchase from this seller

I had to wait nearly two months for the clothes I paid $300 for. When the package finally arrived, I only received 2 out of the 6 pieces I ordered. The customer service was terrible, blaming me for the missing items and denying my refund request. They don't issue refunds despite stating otherwise on their website. This is a horrible place to buy from and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed

I am very disappointed. It took over a month for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, I received only 1 out of the 5 items I paid for. There was no explanation included, and the customer service has been slow and unhelpful. Waiting so long only to receive an incomplete order is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this brand again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Didn’t receive my items

This has been one of the worst experiences with customer service I've ever encountered. Not only did they fail to deliver my items, but when I reached out, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They sent the items I paid for to a different address and refused to provide a refund or replacement.

Missing items from my order

The company didn't send 25% of the items I ordered, and when I asked them to resolve the issue, they claimed they had done everything possible without taking any action. Don't waste your time when there’s zero guarantee of receiving the items you ordered.

Frustrating experience

I received a defective and undersized product, and they had the audacity to inform me about a $15 repacking fee plus tax that isn't refunded, and I still have to pay for shipping. If there’s an error with the product, whether it's their fault or mine, they don’t care at all; I have to cover their mistakes. Customer service seems to be run by inexperienced individuals.

Impressive for an Instagram brand

A bit pricey, but compared to other subpar Instagram brands that dropship and lack customer service, this is a strong brand. For that reason, I'd give it 5 stars. My friends keep asking to borrow my pants and hoodie because they are so comfortable.
