Absolutely shocking customer support. I purchased 2 oral b 4 toothbrushes at £86 each and they came with an extended 3 year warranty. One stopped charging after 2 years and I had registered the brushes with oral b, so I asked for help. I had the purchase invoice but oral b refused to help unless we could obtain our sellers cost price purchase invoice. Do you know any retailers out there who will provide their purchase price? 🤷♀️ utter nonsenseReally unhelpful staff. No result just an expensive broken toothbrush with no support. The battery is shocking completely dead after 2 years, and the customer service is horrendous, DO NOT BUY AN IO8 TOOTHBRUSH, the battery will not charge just after warranty at 2 years and all the CS recommend to help is "buy a new one".....at £250, with the £50 yearly cost on replacement heads i believe that is an extortionate bi yearly cost for brusshing teeth. battery cannot be replaced,..........utter rip off!!!
Worst customer services. Sent a aftershave instead of a toothbrush and had to send back and wait for the toothbrush, took 2 WEEKS!! instead of a next day delivery. Not even an apology or anything, so much inconvenience . They don’t seem to care, big mistake buying from OralB. I wonder how they deal with warranty. i should of read these reviews on Trustpilot before buying. Their fault and customers suffer.
Track order doesn't work, the website just refreshes and reset the fields. When I tap the link for referring it just bring me to an empty page without showing anything about referral. Overall its very flaky website with those features not working.
Bought an electric toothbrush, advertised the battery would last 14 days, and within a month I was getting 5-7 days out of the battery. Sent it to Oral b for repair and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to repair. Over a month later and I'm still no closer to getting my toothbrush back. Last week I was told 7-10 days, today its 10-15 days. I receive no updates unless I call them. So unacceptable that their service is so poor. Purchased a toothbrush I can't use! Don't waste your time!
