Not Worth the Investment

Not worth the money. My partner bought me a product that lasted only about 10 uses, and replacement heads are quite pricey. I would recommend using a regular toothbrush instead, as the results are significantly better.

Unsatisfactory After-Sales Service

The after-sales service was terrible; I would not recommend buying from them. They refused to replace an item under warranty, which was handled much better by a previous brand I used.

Disappointing Delivery Experience

I ordered £300 worth of products for Christmas directly from the website. The first order was reported lost, and after 10 days, the replacement still hasn't arrived, despite indications that it should have been delivered. There is no available tracking info, and I feel let down by the service.

Disappointing Service

I spent £315, but my delivery never arrived. I contacted customer care, and they informed me that my parcel was lost and a new one would be sent, but I have heard nothing since then. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication.

Latent defect ios5 toothbrushes x2

2 ios5 toothbrushes purchased together, both failed just after the 2 year warranty period had expired within a month of each other. Clearly a latent defect. Oral-B dont care and only prepared to offer a fraction of a cash back off a new device. Let’s see what the small claims court thinks, latent defect coverage provides much longer warranty than 2 years.

Shocking customer service.

Ordered a toothbrush bundle. It didn't show up on the day it was supposed to. Got in touch with them and they told me to wait until 5 working days had passed. Checked the tracking and nothing had changed. Turned out that the parcel was lost. Have had to chase up their customer support team every single time just to get what I paid for. An absolute circus.

The order arrived with one toothbrush missing

The order arrived with one toothbrush missing but Oral-B shop replaced it incredibly quickly which saved the day with my grandson. Thanks to Cara in the Oral-B shop for their prompt attention and service. Very impressive.
