Absolutely awful customer service! Avoid purchasing from them directly, if you have to have their products please choose another company to buy through so you have the ability to return directly with them instead. Honestly the worst experience I have had with any company. The fact that the items are so pricey is shocking that customer service is so poor.
Oral B Shop customer service appalling - one star is one hundred too manyNever ever buy anything directly from the Oral B shop. If anything goes wrong you will be left weeks without a toothbrush. It gets sent back to a repair shop and having paid £200 for a toothbrush, you might expect the one that comes back to be the same colour - no it won't - had I wanted a purple toothbrush I would have purchased a purple toothbrush . Then as by way of a goodwill gesture was promised 2 toothbrush heads and 1 arrived - so bad just AVOID
