Delay delivery + Quality of Product

The main problem is the long delay between purchasing a product and receiving it — sometimes 3 to 4 weeks. You pay once for delivery, and if the product isn’t suitable, you have to pay again to return it. Then it takes another 3 to 4 weeks to get approval and receive your refund. It’s far too long. If you need to make an urgent purchase, I strongly recommend finding an alternative to Veepee.

Nice site to buy clothes, etc, cheap

Delivery sometimes takes a long time, considering paying up front. The translation to Dutch on the website is sometimes a bit weird and not correct. Customer service is very friendly and polite, very helpfull.

Not always trustworthy

I have been a customer for a very long time and on the whole I am satisfied. But I have had a few problems with items which were different from the ones shown on the pics. For instance a handbag whose strap was not the same. Customer service said « the item can be slightly different »!!! I had ordered it just because i wanted that specific strap! Or some washing pads with a different quantity from the one written on the site. It was no longer a bargain… I got some discount as compensation but it wasn’t really worth it. Also, I think that they should offer some discounts for regular clients. I don’t know how much I have spent from the start but a heck of a lot!And finally, the prices are often not the best ones. I compared several articles and it was cheaper on Amazon or other sites…

Take a good look

So far I haven't had any negative experience. I would certainly recommend to have a good look at the description and the measure tables that are provided before you order. It prevents dissapointments.

Ok, but need to improve

The prices are not always the best on the market (internet!). When returning products, and even when ordering, the costs are high...time delivery is also long. But globally, my experience is ok.

I like to order on veepee

I like to order on veepee, prices are fair, brands are quality and I can discover new products that I wouldn't shop otherwise. Never had problems with my order, easy to return the article.
