Delivery is ok as I expecting, no delay. but package is Damaged. The production is good. I don’t means this time, on the generally of description for all goods，quite often wrong and incomplete or not clear。

Veepee items are good as they are from…

Veepee items are good as they are from certain popular brands but I do not find it to go online shopping place as the time they take could be from 20 days to a month. I am living in 2025 what is it taking to deliver things so late that too with a shipping price so expensive and return is too expensive. So i am paying a fee and return fee and get the item late too. It does not make sense at all

Long delays and unconvenient delivery!

As others already stated, delivery times are quite long, especially for the short distance from BE to LUX (via FRA?).But at least it was announced.The most anoying part was that the delivery service announced on the day of delivery that my drop off location was 'not available'! Strangely the now available locations were all along the french border only (30km away!!). Seems quite convenient for the delivery service, but not for me :(

I always have a good experience…

I always have a good experience ordering at Veepee. Receiving takes some time but that it is part of the deal and returning stuff is always easy and you are paid back correctly. I have been a customer for years and I can only recommend their services!

Good experience

I have had many good experiences with Veepee Benelux. The packages are well packed, the items are according to have I purchased time. Payments always go easily. The only thin which stops me from giving a five star rating is the fact that the products take a long time to deliver.
