Needs logistics improvement; pricing is decent

Shipping and delivery information is often lacking. A pair of shoes took three weeks to arrive! The return process is also slow. While prices can be good, stock often runs out quickly, and some offers are available cheaper elsewhere.

Good value for money

Delivery issues need urgent attention

My experience with the product delivery was very negative. Tracking information was often inaccurate and unhelpful, making it hard to track my shipment. Customer service responses were generic and didn’t address my concerns. To make matters worse, the package was delivered to the wrong address, far from my location, which caused significant inconvenience and wasted my time.

The order has not yet been fully delivered.

I ordered several items via VP. At the moment, I have only received some of them. A part of my order is still missing, and I have not received any email or notification about this. I am not very satisfied. I assumed everything would be delivered in one shipment, but this was not the case.

I am always very satisfied with the items I receive

Ik ben steeds zeer tevreden over de artikelen die ik ontvang. De kwaliteit is telkens in orde en alles wordt correct geleverd zoals beschreven. Het enige minpuntje dat ik wil meegeven, zijn de lange wachttijden vóór de pakjes effectief worden ingepakt en verzonden. Deze wachttijden worden wel duidelijk en correct vermeld, maar persoonlijk zou een iets snellere verzending toch een meerwaarde zijn.Voor de rest absoluut tevreden over de producten. I am always very satisfied with the items I receive. The quality is consistently good and everything arrives exactly as described. The only remark I would like to make is about the rather long waiting times before orders are packed and shipped. Although these waiting times are clearly and correctly communicated, a faster shipping process would definitely be appreciated. Overall, I am very happy with the products.
