worth the wait!

While it does take some time to receive your items as they are being shipped from overseas, it is well worth the wait as you're literally getting such great quality clothing at a fraction of the price. I got two amazing shirts which now I have the perfect size for im going to order every few months to keep fresh

Use shopatorie.com if you want to get scammed - I'd personally avoid it like the plague

I recently purchased from Atorie. My experience was just straight up scrappy at best. Order placed 7th of February. Order confirmation email received straight away. Reached out to Atorie support on the 13th of February as no shipping confirmation email had been received, no updated on the order were received. Literally nothing even saying that the order was being processed or hey, the order has been shipped. 6 days later (19th of February) they responded to our email from the 13th of February (6-days to get a response from support - that's new industry level slop). They proceeded to state that the order was already shipped, but failed to update our order with the tracking information, just hey it should arrive during these dates but there may be delays.Upon receiving their email on the 19th of February, I immediately emailed them back asking for the shipping information so we could keep ourselves updated.It's now been 5-days since I sent the initial email asking for the shipping details....4th of march, still no email from support but got an email form their Shopify system saying the product had now been shipped and had the shipping tracking number. I'm sorry, they said they had already shipped the product in their previous support email but the evidence supplied directly contradicts it.I don't know how these guys are in business but Atorie has to be the dodgiest online retailer. 1/5 for rating. Do not recommend them at all! This company is full of lies, extremely slow support if you're lucky to get a response. They will say one thing and supply their own evidence directly contracting their claims - do not fall for their advertising on Tiktok.

I wish I could give this place ZERO…

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I wish I would have researched before I played my order. It's been almost a month. Tracking number says only the label was printed. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. No replies, have zero idea where my package was. Seems like the order is coming from China. If I knew this I would have avoided this company all together. DO NOT BUY

Good quality clothing, wrong sizing, bad customer service

Good quality clothing but incorrect sizing. They list chest and waist sizes for suits (in inches and cm) but the clothing is smaller than listed. Returns and exchanges are also tough. They say max 72 hours for a response and after almost a week I've still heard nothing back. Too much hassle for the savings.

WORST BRAND

I ordered on January 31st. It has been more than 5 weeks and I couldn’t get any information about my shipment. I wrote 5 emails and also I couldn’t get any response to my emails. I already paid and I couldn’t get any response. Do not believe what you see on instagram or tiktok about this brand. What they say is totally LIE and SCAM. Worst brand so far.

Honestly this was the worst experience for me. Ordered loafers that had a clear quality defect ( sole separates from the upper after 1 wear lol ) & they still want me to send the stuff from europe to the us warehouse on my costs even though it‘s their fault.Except that it’s hard not to mention the shipping took over 3 weeks…Also it’s quite hard to believe they‘re a brand selling affordable luxury goods when you can find their products with ease all over taobao

Disappointing experience overall,

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with Atorie. The sizing was extremely off, and when I tried to return the item, I never received the promised return label despite following up. This made the return process unnecessarily difficult.Disappointing experience overall, especially given the cost.
