I am unable to reach a customer support person through their email or website, or talk to anyone over the phone. The number they provided just rings or goes to a leave a message. In Dec 23,25 I ordered 2 sets of the shirt and shirts they advertise. Should have received my order 7 to 10 business days. I have contacted them numerous times when I enter the numbers given for tracking. It comes up as no order with these numbers. They Took the $51.44 out of my account the very next day. It appears that I am out of $51.44 because I have been unable to get a reliable answer, or receive my order. I think there chat is IA. I agree with another customer comment, that this site is a SPAM. I suggest that you not order anything from them!
This company is a SCAM. I purchased 3 pairs of shorts and tshirt maternity sets and what arrived was not what was advertised. I cannot wear these maternity shorts because the band is elastic and tight, not at all suitable for a growing bump! I have reached out to support so many times, using all methods (fb messenger, email, website chat) and no response. I’ve disputed the charge and I suggest you do the same if you have ordered and received the wrong thing. The more chargebacks they have on their account, the more likely they are to be shut down. I left a comment on their posts as I was also being flooded with ads and they blocked me on all socials. What a horrible company to prey on pregnant mommas who are just looking for cute comfortable clothes!
Placed an order for three sets on the 29th of January and have yet to receive this order, I placed a big order because of the raving reviews on TikTok and facebook from a bunch of influencer accounts, not sure how they got their orders so quickly but super upset and I’m out nearly $80. My order is showing in Los Angeles as of 13th of Feb. I can’t get in touch with ANYONE from their support teams.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Placed my order Jan 21st around 1 pm. It’s the next day and I still have no heard anything. No updates or anything. I also noticed they actively delete Facebook comments calling them out. After reading more information from others, I believe this is a scam site.
